Production Line Leader

We are now recruiting for aProductionLine Leaderon a full time, temporary to permanent basis at our clients depot inMeldersham.

Salary: 28,200 per annum
Location: Mendlesham Suffolk

Job Description

• To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.
• To effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.
• Effectively use the onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
• To promote best practice in accordance with company health and safety regulations
• To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
• To ensure that all areas comply with safe systems of work, health and safety and any other required process
• To attend Line Leader meetings
• Actively strive for operational improvements.

Skills and Attributes

• The ability to consistently reach and exceed targets on several lines throughout the operations.
• The ability to communicate effectively to the Production Controller issues relating to the task.
• The ability to work unsupervised.
• Experience working on a Production Line.
• Works well in a team
