Electrical Project Manager

Middlesbrough based Electrical & Mechanical Contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to add to our skilled team and to help develop and grow our client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

·To manage the effective day to day management of projects from inception to final account settlement

·To lead, support and develop your team to ensure the highest standards of professionalism are achieved at all times

·To develop a strong collaborative working relationship with clients

·Manage all aspects of pricing from quotations, reviewing works and invoicing

·To ensure all KPIs are measured and delivered in line with client’s expectations

·To take responsibility in the procurement of materials

·Be proactive to ensure all best practices for legal and compliance matters are achieved

·Supervise and train staff

·Attending site tender meetings and undertaking site surveys

·Prepare RAMS, issuing final documents to clients – Test Certificates, O&Ms……..

·Produce detailed programmes to provide time scales and milestones for the projects

·Pricing variations and changes

Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Position is full - time, permanent, immediate start. Package includes:

It is essential you have:

·NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations

·A current valid JIB/ECS Card with at least five years’ experience as an Approved Electrician

·City and Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to work within a team
