I am working with a reputable client who is looking for a Time Clerk to join their Teesside team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the construction industry and entering time data would be an advantage but not a necessity, they would also be available to start at short note or immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of when employees clock in using the system and enter this data into our internal software
- Enter data from original documents within specified timeframes
- Gather, verify, and organise information to prepare it for computer entry based on priority
- Check data for mistakes and correct them if possibles
- Research and find additional information for incomplete documents
- Scan and print documents as required
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Answer questions and retrieve relevant files when requested
- Follow data integrity and security policies
Other information:
- Salary: - £26,000-£30,000 DOE
- Full time: - 8/8:30am to 4/4:30pm (To be discussed)
