Brownlee Cale are recrutiing for a freelance Construction Manager for a construction project. The role will be involved with overseeing on site logistics.
Roles & Responsibilites:
- Coordinate and Supervise workforce
- Writing short term site programmes
- Attending management meetings
- Keep a daily diary
- Enforcing HSE
The Person:
- Organised and experienced Construction Site Manager
- Strong character
- Effecitve planning and coordination skills
- Good IT skills - Microsoft Oiffce.
- SMSTS, FIrst Aid and CSCS
The benefis:
- Fixed day rate of 350 p/day based on approx. 10 hour days
- LTD and CIS Self employed available
