We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a client we are supporting on a 9/12 month fixed-term contract, potentially covering maternity leave. This role is based in Milton Keynes and offers a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week. The successful candidate will support the delivery of Management Accounts and provide essential business analysis to enable informed decisions within our organisation.
Day to day of the role:- Support the delivery of accurate and timely Management Accounts.
- Provide insightful business analysis to inform organisational decisions.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Work proactively and independently, taking initiative in tasks and projects.
- AAT qualified (minimum level 2) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in a charity or non-profit environment is highly regarded.
