Associate Architect

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a forward thinking Architectural Practice in Milton Keynes, who have recently started searching for a creative, enthusiastic Associate Architect to join their ever-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Architect joining a practice with an exciting year ahead in terms of development.

Associate Architect Position Overview

• Take responsibility in running a team
• Liaise with clients / contractors
• Work independently as well as in a team at times
• Attend Site Visits
• Work on a range of large-scale projects within Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors
• Develop project briefs
• Work from inception to completion
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
• Run single large or multiple small projects on a day to day basis and organise, direct and monitor the project team
• Demonstrate a passion and or desire to excel and to bring that enthusiasm into the office environment
• Guide and mentor team members

Associate Architect Position Requirements

• Living in or around the Milton Keynes area
• Proficiency with either Revit or AutoCAD
• Experienced Project runner
• Able to manage a design team
• Minimum 5 years UK based practical experience post Part III
• Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good client facing skills
