EAC Consulting Group are representing an exciting, customer focused Finance company based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an ambitious, target driven Business Development Executive to join their growing business. If you have a passion for sales and delivering an excellent service then this is the role for you.

The opportunity to earn lucrative commission with an OTE of £90,000 in year 3!

On Offer for the Business Development Executive:

  • £24,000-£26,000 basic salary (Negotiable)
  • OTE approx. £40,000 1st year, 2nd year £60,000
  • Generous uncapped commission

Duties for the Business Development Executive: 

  • Generate and qualify leads by either cold calling, email or using social media.
  • Accurately create and collect all relevant documents.
  • They will ensure that all proposals and documents remain compliant.
  • The Sales Executive will demonstrate the ability to multi-task, responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion.
  • Manage existing relationships and build successful networking relationships to grow the business.
  • The Sales Executive will represent the business at trade exhibitions.
  • They will be committed to the delivery of a positive client experience.
  • They will be committed to improving their knowledge of the finance products on offer.

The ideal Business Development Executive: 

  • Hungry, money motivated individual with a passion for sales
  • Must be happy to pick up the phone and make up to 100 outbound dials+
  • Previous sales experience in a similar role is desirable
  • The determination and drive to work to and exceed targets
  • You will be self-motivated, determined, and professional individual
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • The successful candidate must have a driving licence and own vehicle
  • Strong organisational skills and with the ability to work within a team or independently
