Are you passionate about guiding young minds toward successful careers in professional services? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Early Careers Representative to join their team. In this role, you will focus on engaging students, their influencers, and potential employers through dynamic and innovative methods, both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student & Influencer Engagement: Connect with students and their key influencers (such as teachers, parents, and career advisors) to raise awareness about career opportunities in professional services. This role includes hosting presentations, leading skill-building workshops, and representing the company at career fairs.
  • Employer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with employers to understand industry needs and promote pathways for students into the professional services sector. Facilitate networking events and internships to bridge the gap between education and employment.
  • Brand Champion: Uphold our client's values and ensure brand consistency in all your communications. Share best practices and creative ideas with the wider team to maintain a cohesive and impactful message.
  • Internal collaboration: Work with regional teams, local networks, student organisations, career advisory services and branding to ensure that all activities align with the strategic themes for student recruitment
  • Digital Outreach: Utilise various digital platforms to reach a broader audience. Develop engaging content, manage social media channels, and explore new technologies to connect with students and influencers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with delivering presentations to both internal and external audiences.
  • This role requires frequent travel across the UK, including overnight stays, so flexibility is key to accommodate various events and activities.
  • A clean, valid UK driver's license is mandatory.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for youth engagement.
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, education, or a related field.
  • A team player who is adaptable and creative in problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
