Our Government Client is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis.

The Senior Operations Analyst is expected to be vigilant in monitoring Our Clients estate and capable of conducting a quality triage of alerts or user contacts. They will have the experience to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT incidents ensuring a quick resolution is achieved and accurate recording of activities is captured. Delivering excellent customer service they will on occasion support the Major Incident Management process.

The role will be well suited to candidates who like to stretch themselves across a wide range of tasks and scenarios

Essential:

·Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and exceed expectations.

·Understanding of corporate drivers such as the strategy, values and core behaviors.

·Strong analytical skills. Ability to create, interpret and present data effectively.

·Sound level of technical WINTEL understanding.

·Previous Experience of working within a Service Desk environment, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines + understanding of priority classifications and SLAs;

·Experience working in a secure environment

·Managing Modern Desktops - MD 101

·Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

·Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate MD 100

·365 Desktop (Intune / EPM) Cloud experience

·Apple Mobile Phone / Apple Business Manager experience

Essential (Professional Qualifications and Accreditation):

·ITIL v3/v4 Foundation

·Managing Modern Desktops - MD 101

·Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

·Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate MD 100

Desirable:

·Knowledge of operating IT systems within Government environments

·Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO20000 and ISO27001;

·O365 Accreditation

Desirable (Professional Qualifications and Accreditation):

·ITIL v4 Foundation.

·Agile Foundation

Candidates submitted for this role must be British nationals, and be able to confirm:

• They are a British citizen or hold dual nationality, and
• They have been a resident in the UK for at least five of the last 10 years

Due to the nature of this requirement, UK Government Security Clearance if not already held will need to be obtained.

The minimum Security Clearance required for this role is DV.
