Customer Experience Executive 
  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000pa 

We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to ensure a seamless, 5-star implementation of our media-rich learning solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting new customers to integrate their technology into their IT infrastructure, training plans, and management objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements within the care sector and be adept at presenting our solutions as valuable tools for our customers.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Assist with the implementation of their technology-based learning solutions, ensuring best practice approaches are followed.
  • Provide a seamless service from point of sale to full integration of our learning solutions.
  • Assist with meetings with new customers, introducing key stakeholders as per implementation guidelines.
  • Assist customers in integrating our learning tools into their induction process, training objectives, and management goals.
  • Update support plans with relevant information gathered during the implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and new customer referrals.
  • Keep accurate records of customer information and communication in the CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated customer support experience.
  • Experience within the social and/or healthcare sector desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a high level of initiative and drive.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate others, including new and existing customers.
