Our client is a rapidly growing Fintech company focussed on digital disruption in the financial services industry. Our proprietary technology platform and decisioning algorithms are changing the face and pace for their customers. You’ll turn complex information into clear and relevant messages and calls to action, for a range of audience segments, including but not limited to retailers and consumers for sales, customer service, customer satisfaction and engagement.

You’ll be comfortable working closely with the designer to deliver creative material ensuring activities are delivered within budget, to deadline and with appropriate metrics in place to measure effectiveness. The role and responsibilities include:

  • Multi channel campaign management.
  • Ability to turn complex messages into easily understood ones for a diverse range of audiences.
  • Delivering of marketing campaigns or events involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate.
  • Develop and Manage the Marketing Plan.
  • Updating blog and news pages on Websites.
  • Creating and posting case studies on the website.
  • Managing PoS material for B2B activities to support the sales team.
  • Organising videos for uploading to the website and social media.
  • Work with the Commercial and Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Produce quality presentation proposals for key prospects.
  • Manage external marketing.
  • Ensure all marketing is on-brand and consistent.
  • Creation of content for development of brand
  • To ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with our brand identity and reflect the company values.

To be successful in the role of Marketing Manager we require the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM.
  • Understanding of project programs and deadlines.
  • Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.
  • Experience within the Financial sector (essential).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics, Ads, Facebook Business Platform etc.
