Civil Enforcement Officer

What will you be doing?
As a Civil Enforcement Officer,you will be responsible for enforcing the On-Street and Off-Street ParkingRegulations for the contract and for issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s) tocontravening vehicles where necessary and working with ANPR patrol cars.
Reporting to the Supervisors,you will be required to work 42.5 hrs per week 5 of 7 days.
What skills will you need?
You will need to possess goodliteracy and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with members of thepublic on a daily basis, recording information regarding the area patrolled andissuing PCN’s.
Candidates must be able to useinitiative, work with minimum supervision and able to follow procedures andguidelines. You will also need the ability to problem solve in sometimesstressful situations.
A full clean driving license isdesirable for this role
