Description
Senior Credit Controller
- Oversee and lead the team of credit controllers to reduce aged debt
- Act as the main point of contact credit controllers and clients to resolve issues
- Manage the processing and assisting in implementing new ones
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to reconcile accounts
- Implement strategies to improve the collection process.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Vast experience in a credit control position and leading a small team
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
