Customer Support Advisor

Synergy Plus Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join a prominent Milton Keynes-based company specialising in equipment. This role offers a fixed-term contract with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a stimulating work environment.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, and two Saturdays per month, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Contract: Fixed Term

Salary: £11.50 - £13.00 per hour (subject to experience)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service across various communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with parcel tracking and resolution of delivery-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and implement service improvements.
  • Develop customer support documentation, including FAQ resources.
  • Manage product returns, repairs, and warranty claims efficiently.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and effectiveness.

Skills Required for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
