Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a electrically bias Maintenance Engineer.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carried out mainly planned preventative maintenance and servicing schedules
- Provide front line engineering support to all machinery
- Carrying out electrical fault finding
- Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
- Complete the Call-out schedule
- Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance & improvement works
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity of working on low-voltage equipment, ultra low control voltage and 3 phase equipment
- Electrical Qualification- ONC/ BTEC/ HND/ C&T ect.
- 18th edition wiring regulations
- Experience of electric and inverter motor starters, plus DC experience.
- Familiarity with motor testing
- PLC Program and fault finding. Ideally Allen Bradley and Siemens (S7+Logo).
- Ability to fault find and repair electronic PCB's would be advantageous.
- Welding and machining would be advantageous.
