I am currently looking for a Product Engineer (Electrical) for an automotive client based in Milton Keynes on a contract basis.Here are the key details:Job Type: Contract - initial 9 months with likely extensions (INSIDE OF IR35)Rate: £35-40 p/hLocation: Milton Keynes - 2 days a week on siteKey Tasks:
- Own Design and Release of Electrical Commodities and Electrical Components across various Battery programs
- Central point of coordination and decision making between product line engineers, customer teams, systems engineers, purchasing, suppliers and manufacturing
About You:
- Experience of complex Electrical Distribution and Electrical Automotive Systems
- Experience in specifying and designing automotive/battery pack low voltage, high voltage and control hardware
- Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with a minimum 5 years relevant experience
