EAC are representing an Autmotive Business who are on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join their team. You will be working within a team of 5 Sales People supporting them with all aspects of administration.
Basic Salary is £26,500 with an OTE of £30,000.
This role is office based in Milton Keynes, Monday - Friday hours 8:30am-5:30pm.
Sales Administrator Duties:
- Supporting the Sales Team ensuring all administration is taken care of.
- Invoicing is a key part to this role for both new and used vehicles.
- Keeping the Database up to date, cleansed and maintained at all times.
- Dealing with Customer orders, preparing, coordinating and collating all information.
- Maintain vehicle information to ensure it's in line with Purchasing and Sales.
Ideal Sales Administrator:
- Automotive background in Sales Administration
- Experienced in Invoicing (this is a key part to this role)
- Exceptional attention to detail & Organisation
- Can-do attitude happy to work within a team
