Responsibilities:

• Develop teachers across the school
• Lead on the subject of Business Studies
• Play a role in middle management with a path to senior leadership
• Contribute to the school's goal of achieving top grades in upcoming inspections

Requirements:

• Clear evidence of successful Business Studies teaching experience
• Understanding of effective teaching principles
• Ability to motivate, engage, and progress pupils from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with teaching Business Studies at secondary level
• Excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Willingness to train and develop other teachers across the school
