Responsibilities:

As a Children's Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting children and families.

  • Managing a diverse caseload of children and families, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Conducting assessments to identify risks and needs, and developing robust care plans.
  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver the best outcomes for children.
  • Providing direct support to children and families, empowering them to achieve positive change.
  • Making evidence-based decisions that put the child's welfare at the heart of everything you do.
  • Attending court proceedings and preparing clear, accurate reports when required.
  • Contributing to team development, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
