As a result of rapid growth and a considerable increase in headcount, there is now an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team on a part time basis.
Working hours can be flexible to suit however as the business works on a hybrid home / office model, there will be a requirement to be in the Bletchley, (Milton Keynes) office on Mondays and Thursdays (although not necessarily full time).
As the companies first HR professional, you will be instrumental in establishing and developing the HR function as well as helping to promote the core values of inclusivity, transparency, and respectfulness.
You will be an experienced HR professional, comfortable working in a fast paced environmental but more importantly, have experience of creating and maintaining a positive & respectful working culture.
Hours and remuneration are flexible to suit the right candidate, although it is anticipated to be a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Main responsibilities to include:
- Devise & develop the HR approach in conjunction with the board and senior management.
- Oversee training and development of staff, as well as regular performance management.
- Support Managers with recruitment.
- Provide personal support to the team.
- Maintain employee records and HR platform.
- Manage any grievance or employee dispute processes.
