The role of Warehouse Team Leader will be to lead a team of 15 colleagues to motivate and manage to ensure operational KPIs are met.

Description
- Resource planning including overtime hours and taking on temporary workers.
- Conduct regular 1-1 meetings with your team
- Complete formal HR related meetings and documentation such as return to work interviews, holiday approvals, absence management and annual appraisals.
- Build and demonstrate an in-depth operational awareness of all areas of the business, working closely with the Shift Manager sharing thoughts and ideas to move the site forward.
- Liaising with internal teams such as buying & merchandising
- Make sure all deliveries are processed within the agreed SLA.
Profile
- Warehousing background, ideally withing clothing retail
- Experience in managing teams of ~20 colleagues
- Track record of motivating and upskilling team members
- Experience in improving warehouse processes
- Inbound process experience
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate people
- Excel experience
