Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Milton Keynes – (Hybrid following probation)

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000

I am looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and manage campaigns. This is a stand-alone role working with a wider marketing team based in Germany.

What will you be doing in the Digital Marketing Specialist role?

• Devising innovate digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation’s overarching marketing strategy.
• Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organisation’s website, including SEM/SEO/PPC.
• Moderating all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Management of the organisation’s Amazon shop and products.
• Support with new product launches, attend events, organise exhibitions and deal with campaigns.
• Managing the digital marketing budget, including controlling and directing Google Ad spend and allocating budgets across different channels and platforms.

What we would like from you:

• Proven experience working in a digital marketing function for an organisation.
• Strong track record implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience using content management systems.
• Ability to work independently using own initiative to identify and improve current processes and explore further opportunities.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example Google Analytics.
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
• Batchelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing. (Not essential if outweighed by experience)
