As a Paid Media Executive, your role will predominantly be focused on working with clients to develop, execute campaigns and deliver against them.

You will also be confident in:

  • Building relationships with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business goals and product offerings so you can develop paid media solutions to support their business growth
  • Delivering multi-channel paid media campaigns that are rooted in revenue-based KPIs and tied to the buyer's journey
  • Implementing the technical set-up of paid search and paid social campaigns including conversion tracking, landing page building, asset design and copywriting
  • Improving data visibility through effective tagging, Looker Studio set up and CRM reporting
  • Feed into paid media strategy for clients with the Paid Media Lead and Head of Performance
  • Be comfortable with client campaign budget management

About you:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1 to 2 years experience in a paid search-orientated role
  • At least 1 years of experience working at a digital or performance marketing agency
  • Passionate about developing and delivering exceptional outcomes and results for clients that are underpinned by success metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to function independently on campaign delivery, as well as collaboratively with wider team members on strategy
  • Experience in using core ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience reporting from analytics platforms, preferably GoogleAnalytics (GA4), and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
