Our SME client is actively looking to appoint an immediately available, experienced, Senior HR Business Partner, who has extensive experience within change and restructuring projects.

The role reports to the Head of HR and will be supporting a large scale, 50 plus, redundancy project.

The successful person will need to be comfortable on the end to end process to advise managers and support consultations, assessment processes, designing the assessments, producing FAQ’s, producing redundancy calculations and more.

Key skills in role mapping, complex redundancies, organisational design are essential.

The role needs to be based in the office 2-3 days to support the managers who need hands on support, alongside supporting the junior HR team members.
