Fawkes & Reece have teamed up with a medium sized main contractor who are growing at a very healthy rate and looking to bring on a new Project manager.
This is a really great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years experience in the construction industry who has possibly been an assistant project manager but feels ready to step up or someone who wants to lead their own small project as a Project Manager.
Project Manager responsibilities:
- See projects from start to finish
- Have full autonomy on projects from 100k to 5 million
- Looking after the day to day running of project
- Main point of contact for the client and health & safety
Project Manager requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in the construction industry
- Experience working on commercial/industrial or retail projects
- Clean driving license as you can be travelling from the Midlands to London
- Experience working on fit out and refurbishment projects
What we offer for Project Managers:
- Salary range of 55,000 - 60,000 + package
- Car allowance or company car
- Team social days and nights out
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
