Account Manager (Recruitment)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and very organised person to come and work within our team. You will be working directly with our delivery team and sales lead focusing on the growth and development of key customer accounts within the local area.

As an Account Manager you will need to be able to:

• Build and develop existing client relationships.
• Deliver recruitment process, managing client & candidate expectations throughout and providing solutions to recruitment challenges.
• Ability to work on a high volume technical vacancies and match suitable candidates.
• Final screen/interview candidates to evaluate their suitability.
• Attend client meetings
