As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, equipped with a robust onboarding program and ongoing support to nurture your career progression. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and converting new clients, leveraging both our established processes and your industry expertise
- Cultivating a strong pipeline of businesses availing logistic services
- Surpassing personal new business targets
- Expanding relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Regionally based assignments, offering opportunities for exceptional individuals across various regions.
- Demonstrable sales experience with a proven track record of meeting personal targets
- A drive for business growth while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel as required
- A personable demeanor, grounded in honesty and integrity
- Self-motivated with a positive, solution-oriented outlook
- A valid driver's license, with availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday.
In return a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000, complemented by bonuses, a company car, laptop, and mobile phone. Additionally, you'll enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
