Finance Assistant - (Maternity Cover)
We've partnered with the global leader in critical connectivity services to find a Finance Assistant to join the team based in Milton Keynes.

The Role
As the Finance Assistant, you'll support transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting for their Senior Management team and the wider group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance team in the broadcast industry.
Key Duties
- Manage billing reconciliation and preparation
- Handle sales ledger management and credit control
- Assist with expense accounting and payroll support
- Process purchase ledger and manage supplier relations
- Prepare payments and assist with banking administration
Skills/Qualifications Required
- Finance administration experience
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and numerical accuracy
- Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with Sun, Proactis, or Infor Q&A reporting
- Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably Sun Accounting
- Experience in the Entertainment industry or with a US group
- Familiarity with database reporting tools
- Relevant study such as AAT
