SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA) needed in Milton Keynes - TimePlan Education

Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes, must be a driver due to location
Pay Rate: 80-95 per day (dependant on experience)
Positions: Multiple LSA roles available across Primary, Secondary, and 16+
Contract Type: Full Time and Part Time positions available (Full-Time, 22 hour contracts, 7 hour contract) - must be available between 8:30am and 4:30pm.

About Us: TimePlan Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team in Milton Keynes. We have multiple roles available catering to different educational stages including Primary, Secondary, and 16+. If you are a positive, bubbly individual with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support to students with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Supporting students in their academic and personal development
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Building strong, supportive relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

  • Must be a driver, with access to a vehicle, due to the location
  • Positive and bubbly personality with a can-do attitude
  • Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to work with SEN students
  • Experience working with younger people or vulnerable individuals
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
