Home Help Assistant(Part-time)

• £10,384 per annum
• (Full-time equivalent pay rate£24,013)
• 16 hours per week flexible Mon to Friday (One working day must be a Friday)
• Location: Minehead / Watchet Somerset area
• Permanent Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a can do attitude to join our team. As a Home Help Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing our sheltered and extra care customers with the assistance they need to remain safe and independent in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Provide help around the home, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Safety and Independence: Perform tasks that ensure customers can stay safe and independent.
• Communal Area Maintenance: Keep communal spaces in our schemes clean and well-maintained.

What you need to be successful:

• You must be confident in dealing with a range of people with differing needs.
• You will be dedicated to producing great results in day-to-day tasks.
• This role requires a degree of fitness as it involves being physically active and agile.
• You will need basic IT literacy skills and the ability to use a computer.
• You will need to have a full driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
