Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a Fire and Security company, in their search for a Field Service Engineer to be based in regionally in the North West of England and North Wales.
What our client is offering for a successful Field Service Engineer:
- Up to £30,000 Basic salary (OTE up to £45,000 per annum)
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
- Permanent Role
- Company van, laptop and mobile phone
- Extra day’s annual leave for your birthday.
The Role- Field Service Engineer :
- Installing, servicing and commissioning small to medium sized fire and intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems
- Providing certification for installed and serviced systems to comply with relevant British standards
- Identifying potential opportunities where customers could benefit from using additional services
- Managing own diary to ensure allocated work is completed on time
- Attending the head office for weekly meetings and stock collection
- Responding to out of hours calls whilst covering on call duty
What our client is looking for in a Field Service Engineer :
- Experience with installing, servicing and commissioning fire and/or security systems ESSENTIAL
- Experience working in Building Services or Electrical Services as an engineer ESSENTIAL
- Sound knowledge and understanding of addressable fire alarms, open and closed protocol systems and networked systems - DESIREABLE
- Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
- Successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory DBS and BS7858 checks
