You love being a nurse but something isn’t right.
Stuck in a rut, you are thinking about moving but unsure where and if you will get more of the same.

There’s an RVN vacancy here, with a team of 8 they are a supportive bunch with plenty of experience. Certificate holders in surgery, orthopaedics, and imaging on site, plus a visiting specialist anaesthetist. The role covers theatre duties, patient care, prep for surgical procedures, pharmacy, and consultations on a weekly basis. Two years plus experience if possible but will take less, it’s the right person they want.
They’re interested in improving their nurses, and investing in them because it’s mutually beneficial so they offer comprehensive CPD support, encourage certificates (all funded), and planned career progression. Be the best nurse you can be.
They have all the new toys and top of the range equipment, a gym on-site, gym classes, plus shower facilities for afterward. Bring your pet, no problem. Great facilities nearby, lovely high street, coffee shops, walks by the river, plus Hampton Court and Bushy Park within walking distance.
Ideally, you will work a 4-day week (37.5 hours ) with regular breaks and every other Sat 9.30 am – 1 pm. But they are super flexible, P/T hours can be accommodated.
No silly 10 minute consults here, they want the team to achieve the correct outcome without looking at the clock. A varied caseload is on offer, experience with or interest in exotics would be beneficial.
The salary and perks. From £29k per annum. VDS, and RCVS paid, 5 weeks holiday, day off for your birthday, pension, plus the on-site gym.
