With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and continue to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. As such they are now looking for an Estimating Manager to help them continue this growth and to grow the team as they expand.In this role you will have the option to work from home or the office, although you will be required to travel to attend meetings. You will cover the full lifecycle from bid to client handover of complex and large scale projects. You will work closely with the sales, design and operational teams to win projects and formal tenders. You will initially be managing the in house team of 2 but this is expected to grow and you will be part of the strategic decisions around expansion. The role will also involve developing and improving the current estimating tools to improve the team performance. The role:*Producing estimate for large scale, complex projects*Involved from initial bid to client handover*Liaise with Sales, Design and Operational teams to produce detailed quotes*Improve estimating tools and resources*Manage and grow the Estimating Team
