I am working with a client in the food & beverage sector, who are seeking a new Telesales Business Development Manager to expand their market reach in the Northwest region

The successful candidate will need to be in the Morecambe area, or be within travelling distance

The role:

  • Achieve revenue targets
  • Actively prospecting and generating new business leads through telesales campaigns, market research, and networking efforts.
  • Engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to craft persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Leading negotiations, closing deals, and finalizing contracts while ensuring favourable terms for the company.
  • Providing guidance and support to the telesales team to optimize their performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Utilizing CRM systems and analytics tools to track telesales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.
