My client, a thriving brewery in Morecambe is looking to recruit a Head Brewer. As the Head Brewer, you will be the mastermind behind our brewery's operations, responsible for crafting high-quality brews and ensuring smooth production processes. Your duties will encompass, but not be limited to:

Recipe Development

  • Creating and refining unique recipes for our range of craft beers, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

Brewing Operations

  • Overseeing all aspects of the brewing process, from ingredient sourcing to fermentation, to produce exceptional beers that meet our standards.

Quality Control

  • Implementing rigorous quality control measures to maintain the integrity and flavor profile of our brews, conducting sensory evaluations and analysis as needed.

Inventory Management

  • Managing inventory levels of raw materials, such as hops, malt, and yeast, to support continuous production without interruptions.

Staff Supervision

  • Leading and mentoring brewing staff, providing guidance on techniques, safety protocols, and best practices to foster a cohesive and efficient team.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations governing the brewing industry, including licensing, labelling, and sanitation standards.
