Operations Assistant - Repack Department (Heysham)
Our client, based in Heysham, is currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join their team. With pay at 12 per hour, this is an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Pick products, label them accurately, and ensure smooth movement for despatch
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse
- Perform quality checks and handle products with utmost care
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Proficient in PC skills, especially spreadsheets, and experience with ERP/MRP systems is ideal but basic computer skills would be necessary
