Sales & Production Co-ordinator

Supporting a high-end brand within a successful business-to-business manufacturing environment, the role as Sales Co-ordinator is a key member of the sales and production team. Your role will be to work closely alongside the Production Manager and colleagues within Sales and Admin teams to ensure the smooth running of the production planning and sales order processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the daily operations of the Sales and Admin Office.
  • Constantly review administration processes and systems, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Build strong relationships and work closelywiththeproductionteam to understand customer demands
  • Record and manage customer data and report back when necessary
  • General office management and additional adhoc project work where required

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience and ability to work with various IT applications including a good knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Competence in using CRM Systems within sales departments is highly advantageous
  • Positive and 'can do’ approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt.
  • Ideally experience of working with the manufacturing sector
