Job Title: Domestic Cleaner
Circa, £30,000pa
40 hours per week, 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm with some later evenings and weekends on a rota
Location: Luxury Private Estate, near Moreton in Marsh
The Burford Recruitment Company are working on behalf of a private client who is looking for a reliable and dedicated Domestic Cleaner to work as part of their busy and friendly household team.
As a Domestic Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the immaculate presentation and pristine condition of the Estate's interiors, from luxurious guest accommodations to elegant communal spaces. Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and mopping.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all guest accommodations are impeccably prepared.
- Handle delicate furnishings and surfaces with care to preserve their pristine condition.
- Empty bins and replace liners as needed.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the estate management team to address any maintenance issues or special cleaning requirements.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information and personal belongings.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
