Our client is a leading hotel & spa business who are looking to recruit people for their expanding Reservations team. As a Reservations Agent You will be dealing with inbound calls and emails to help with spa, hotel and restaurant booking and to liaise with the evnts team for larger booking. You should enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent customer service experience so that customers have a positive experience from the very first enquiry. As a Reservations Agent your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interacting with customers as the first point of contact for new reservation enquiries.
• Liaising with customers via emails and outbound calls.
• Maintaining up-to-date product and event detail knowledge to provide high quality service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and  an ability to engage with customers
• Ability to maximise sales opportunities and promote additional offers
• PC and web literate.
• Experience in a customer service or hospitality or retail environment
