About the Role

What you'll be responsible for:
Take ownership of your section, ensuring efficiency, maintaining stock levels, and upholding hygiene.
Provide comprehensive support for patients' dietary needs, staying updated on allergen guidelines.
Stay informed on COSHH and PPE requirements, participating in fire emergency response.
Organize work area daily, maintaining stock levels and adhering to rotation guidelines.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food, meeting temperature requirements.
Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience:
Culinary expertise and menu development skills,
Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to accommodate diverse needs,
Familiarity with food safety regulations, including HACCP principles,
Effective time management and multitasking abilities,
Collaboration and communication skills,
Problem-solving abilities in food preparation,
