Financial Administrator – Nantwich - Permanent - £26,000

We have taken an exciting new role based in modern, welcoming offices in Nantwich. Working for a successful Financial Services organisation, you will become part of a friendly, hardworking, and close nit team, where opportunities for career growth will be at your fingertips. The role will be to offer support to external field-based managers and provide accurate financial administration support to meet client needs and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties…

·Carrying out initial ID and compliance checks

·Submitting financial applications

·Processing applications from initial submission through to completion

·Liaising with external stakeholders such as solicitors and lenders

·Accurately logging data on to inhouse systems and updating Excel spreadsheets accordingly

·Managing a portfolio of around 60 client applications at any one time

·Resolving issues in a timely manner

·Provide excellent levels of customer service

Once trained, you will be welcome to work from home one day a week, allowing you to achieve a better work life balance. The ideal candidate will high level of attention to detail, be highly numerical and have achieved at least a GCSE (C or above) in English and Math’s. This role would suit someone with a Financial Service’s background, however applications from candidates who have previous office experience and who are willing to kickstart a new career would be welcome. The company offer a basic salary of £26,000, which does increase substantially after 18 months service. They are team focused and often have family fun days and away days as incentives. Free onsite parking is available on site, Full training will be provided.
