Due to on going works and new instructions we are looking for a Projects Administrator to join a highly motivated, regional construction team.

Duties include, but not limited to:-

  • Assist Project Manager with tender applications & project timetable

  • Obtain quotes for materials

  • Provide administrative support to the construction team, inc. timesheets of staff & subcontractors,

  • Prepare small work estimates

  • Liaise with various sites on a daily basis and clients as required

  • Provide reports using company software (training will be given)

  • Assist with project documentation and record keeping

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases

  • Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed

  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

  • Perform general office duties

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:-

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel

  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Willing to learn & adapt in a busy environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus

  • Clean driving licence and own transport is essential, in order to travel between sites & office

  • Due to the nature of where we operate all staff must undertake a DBS check

Due to working as part of a small team, you maybe asked to help different departments or help the team achieve certain tasks, so you must be flexible in your approach and odder a team player mentality.
