Job Description:
Clearfield Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Labourer on behalf of our client for a role near Needham Market in Suffolk. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to various construction projects in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties.
- Operate hand and power tools as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a skilled labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, from 7am to 6pm, with 10 hours paid per day.
- Must provide references or referee details to validate previous work experience.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation preferred but not essential.
