About the role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in crafting and delivering delicious pub food that keeps our patrons coming back for more.

-Shifts: 6.5 hours-10 hours, approx 40h/week

-Execute the preparation of pub-style dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.

-Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

-Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

About Glasshouse:

A spacious community pub in New Malden with a wide food menu of pub classics and pizza, craft beer and large beer garden.
