This exciting Account Handler opportunity has arisen with the specialist insurance division of one of the largest international Property Groups. As Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of Property-related clients, ensuring that their risks are adequately covered. This varied role will encompass both existing and new business across a range of lines, including but not limited to Property, Directors’ and Officers’ Insurance, Terrorism and Engineering Inspection, as well as other specialist insurance for homeowners, landlords and tenants. Duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, managing renewals, providing new business quotations, processing endorsements, and dealing with general day to day enquiries. You’ll enjoy a great deal of contact with your clients, which will give you the opportunity to learn about their fascinating businesses.It's essential that you have some previous experience within the insurance market. Ideally, this will include experience of dealing with Property Insurance, and we will consider candidates from either a broking or insurance company environment. Just as importantly, you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with, and secure buy-in from, a wide range of clients, including extremely wealthy property developers. It’s also vital that you are well-organised and efficient, with a commitment to delivering a very high level of service that is expected of this company. As part of your role, you’ll also be involved with assisting less-experienced colleagues, where necessary.This is a great opportunity to work for a business that is going through an exciting period of growth and development, where you can make a real difference and help shape the future success of the operation.
