We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our well-established and thriving riverside venue, located just outside Newark.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven chef to take the reins of a busy kitchen, delivering high-quality food in a picturesque setting.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, including:

• Leading and inspiring a team of kitchen staff

• Designing seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients

• Maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation

• Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets

• Ensuring strict hygiene and health & safety compliance

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume environment

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
