Are you an accomplished financial leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving growth? Our client, a leader in their sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the financial operations of the company, managing a dedicated team of 30 professionals.Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's organic growth objectives.Support the company's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy, identifying opportunities and driving successful integrations.Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.Ensure robust financial controls, reporting, and compliance across the organisation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the finance team.

Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a medium size business (Between £50m and £400m turnover).Strong expertise in all elements of finance, including transactional finance processes, treasury and FX, managing 3rd party suppliers and external auditors and FP&A.Demonstrated success in driving organic growth and executing M&A strategies.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.

Preferable Sector Experience:Candidates with experience in Distribution, Automotive, FMCG or Manufacturing are more likely to have experience that aligns with this businesses operating model.Candidates with experience in service sector businesses will not be considered.
