A position for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join a small, but growing agency. The Marketing Assistant will support a variety of clients in different sectors including Logistics, Hospitality, Sustainability, Legal, Financial, Utilities and Insurance. The role will be executing various campaigns, initiatives, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be creative, have strong initiative, detail-oriented, and possess strong written communication skills.

Part-time or Full-time will be considered for the right candidate.

Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the idea generation, development and implementation of marketing and PR campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content.
  • Coordinate external contractors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities,and customer preferences.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track key metrics.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and managing correspondence.

Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred, or a marketing qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engagingcontent.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
