Day to Day Duties

• Manage diaries of Managing Directors and Executive Team
• Coordinate meetings/travel/accommodation 
• Ensure smooth administrative working practices for full Executive Team
• Act as "Office Manager" for the Edinburgh Office
• Quality and quickness when responding to correspondence
• Delivery of day-to-day requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong administrative skills are essential
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively is crucial
• Senior PA experience at Board level

What training is provided?

• Product knowledge training provided.
