People Solutions are looking for a Sales Area Manager for our based in Edinburgh.

Day to Day Duties

• Visiting stores throughout Scotland• Being in charge of your own schedule to make sure you can travel and be at stores for opening• Lead and Coach the Store Managers to deliver excellent customer service• Support Day to Day operations in each store• In charge of retail operations, such as making sure each store adheres to company promotional and commercial guidelines• Display a high level of product knowledge to customers to complete sales

Essential Skills

• Ability to coach a team• Clear communication, time management and organizational skills• Ability to manage time effectively• Minimum 2 years store management experience• Full understanding of running a store or group of stores• Multi site management experience• Driving Licence and own transport
